Video generation and purchases are not open yet. The local photo check runs on your device without uploading your photo. The video and payment terms below apply when those features become available.

The video service

The intended service turns one photo of you into a silent vertical MP4 of the bicep heart pose, lasting five to seven seconds. It animates your own photo and does not offer face swaps, celebrity impersonation, other people’s photos or children’s photos. No music or soundtrack is included. AI output can vary; review the face, hands and movement before sharing.

One-time clip packs

When purchases open, one completed generation uses one clip from a one-time pack. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. The pricing page and Stripe checkout show available packs and the final total before payment, including any applicable tax. Guest checkout does not require a site account. Link is the merchant of record for Stripe Managed Payments; VIDREAM LTD operates the service. We do not offer free video generation or an AI-generated still preview in this release.

Failed generation

A generation reserves one clip. A confirmed failed generation automatically returns that clip once. If the submission result is uncertain, the same request is checked rather than submitted again. A missing confirmed result by the processing deadline returns the reserved clip through the next status check or scheduled cleanup. Restoring a clip is separate from a cash refund.

Storage and private result links

Source photos are automatically deleted within 24 hours of upload. Completed clips are automatically deleted seven days after completion, and you can delete them sooner. Save the private result link shown on the payment success page and result page to download within those seven days. We do not email results. Anyone with the link can access the linked result while it is valid. Keep it private and download before expiry. Downloading an existing clip does not use another clip.

Your rights and responsibilities

Upload only a photo of yourself as an adult and respect others’ rights. Do not submit sexual, adult or unlawful material, impersonate others, or use outputs deceptively. A model’s commercial-use label does not clear every copyright, trademark or likeness right. Review results before publishing and add only audio you have permission to use.

Refunds and support

A completely unused pack can be refunded within 14 days of purchase under our voluntary policy. Once any clip from a pack has been used, that pack is not refundable under that policy. Confirmed failed generations restore their clip. Mandatory consumer rights and Stripe or Link decisions still apply. Email support@bicepheart.cc with your order reference, without card details. We aim to reply within 48 hours.

Applicable law

These service terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Mandatory consumer rights where you live remain unaffected. Stripe and Link transaction terms also apply to purchases they process.
