Refunds for unused clip packs and automatic clip restoration after failed generation.

Current availability

Video generation and purchases are not open yet. The local photo check runs on your device without uploading your photo. The video and payment terms below apply when those features become available.

Completely unused packs

Request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if no clip in that pack has been used. Email support@bicepheart.cc with the order reference from the email used at checkout. Do not send card details. We aim to reply within 48 hours. Once any clip from a pack has been used, the remaining pack is not refundable under this voluntary policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Failed or missing generation

A confirmed failed generation restores the one clip reserved for that request, once. An uncertain request is checked without duplicate submission. If no result is confirmed by the processing deadline, its clip is restored on the next status check or scheduled cleanup. Check the result page and clip balance before retrying. Restored clips can be used for another attempt; they are not a cash refund.

Stripe and Link decisions

Payments are processed through Link using Stripe Managed Payments. Link handles transaction support and may decide a refund under its own terms. Such decisions and mandatory consumer rights can override our voluntary policy. A confirmed refund removes the corresponding purchased clips once, with any already-used balance reconciled. Refunds return to the original payment method; bank processing affects when they appear.

Download before deletion

Completed clips expire seven days after completion. Save your private result link and download the file before then. Source photos expire within 24 hours of upload. Deleting a file or letting it expire does not automatically request a refund.
