How do I position my arms for the bicep heart?
Frame your upper body
Put your phone where it can see your face, shoulders and both elbows. Leave space at the sides so the gesture stays inside the picture.
Bend and flex one arm
Raise the elbow to the side, bend the arm and keep the forearm upright with the fist beside your head. Keep the bicep facing the camera.
Curve the opposite hand toward the bicep
Curve the opposite hand into half a heart. Touch its fingertips to the raised fist or wrist, with its palm heel and thumb side resting against the bicep. Adjust the hand so it and the bent arm leave a heart-shaped empty space.
Hold the heart shape
Pause once the outline is readable. Record the whole movement, then watch the last second to check that the hands and elbow are visible.
The sequence follows the public pose tutorial checked November 5, 2026. You can use either arm and adjust the position to your own comfortable range.
Why does my bicep heart shape disappear on camera?
The opposite hand may cover the gap, the elbow may leave the frame, or the camera may be too far to one side. Start by changing the hand position and framing. A plain background and light on the upper body make the outline easier to see.
If the pose feels uncomfortable, stop and use a different position. A social video does not require forcing your arm into someone else’s shape.
What photo works for a bicep heart AI video?
Use a clear, front-facing, waist-up photo with both arms in view. Avoid a face-only crop, crossed arms and objects covering your hands. A short-sleeved top makes the upper arm easier to distinguish from the background.
Our photo check accepts JPG, PNG and WebP up to 10 MB, with each side between 512 and 4096 pixels. It runs on your device and does not upload your file. Our video service is not open yet, so this check does not promise a generated result.
What if I want the video without filming the pose?
A photo-to-video tool can generate the movement. Check whether its example is an actual output from the shown photo, whether your subject type is supported, and how much the smallest usable purchase costs. Our comparison of 29 tools records these public claims without treating them as paid tests.
Before sharing an AI clip, watch the full result and check the face, fingers and final hold. Add audio only when you have permission to use it on your chosen platform.
Bicep heart questions
Where should the opposite fingertips touch?
They touch the raised fist or wrist. The heel and thumb side of that same hand rest against the bicep, leaving a clear heart-shaped gap.
Does the photo check upload my picture?
The current photo check runs on your device. It checks file type, size and framing without uploading a photo. Video generation and purchases are not open yet.
